Who these terms cover

These terms cover the Better PRs beta. Better PRs is the operator name. No separate legal entity is named here. How the beta handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Free beta, provided as-is

Better PRs is a free public beta for individual GitHub users. The app does not collect payment and does not offer a paid plan.

The beta is provided as-is, without a service-level agreement, without an uptime commitment, and without a promise that a feature will keep working.

Acceptable use

Use the beta to review GitHub pull requests your GitHub account is allowed to access. Do not use it to break the service, to probe other people's accounts, or to reach repositories GitHub would refuse for your account. You follow GitHub's rules for content you read or post through the GitHub account you connected.

Your GitHub content and permissions

Comments, reviews, merges, and other GitHub changes are made with the GitHub account you connected. You are responsible for that content and for the permissions that connection has. Better PRs shows and acts on GitHub data your token can reach.

The beta can change or end

The beta, these terms, and the privacy policy can be changed, limited, or ended. Features can be added or removed. There is no commitment to keep the service available.
